The huge private balcony opens off the living area as well as the master bedroom and adds additional living space to this already spacious privately owned vacation condo. Step outside to your own private oasis surrounded by shimmering waters and marvel at the magnificent view over the beachfront and the Bay of Banderas. Watch dolphins and Humpback Whales from your own terrace.

Spend time at the oceanfront pool deck and at the beautiful infinity pool with a children's wading pool located off to one side. The beautiful white sand beach is just a few steps away through a private locked gate and there are washrooms and a shower in a cabana located by the pool.

Two bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo del Mar, "Condo of the Sea" is decorated in a delightful marine and fish theme. In the dining area there a large glass-topped dining table surrounded by six high back chairs, all accented with topical fish carvings. A matching china cabinet houses an assortment of Mexican glassware you will enjoy using for your frosty tropical drinks.

The modern, custom designed living room furniture allows a comfortable spot to relax while you watch the English Language Satellite TV which carries all American and Canadian networks. For further enjoyment there is a VCR/DVD player, CD player and CD library, headphones, telephone and a collection of books and board games. The living area as well as the master bedroom open to the large private terrace offering spectacular 180 degree views.

Bring along your laptop and use the complimentary dial up internet access connected to the work desk in the living area. For those wanting to stay in touch but without a laptop, there are three internet cafés within two blocks of Condo del Mar and a new high speed internet cafe and book exchange in the Café Depot, right across the street from the Colibri Condominiums building.

With two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, Condo del Mar easily accommodates a maximum of six persons. The oceanfront king sized master bedroom has a large walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with huge walk in shower with a window to the park area below!

The second bedroom has a queen side bed as well as two single bunk beds--perfect for the kids! There is a second bathroom with walk in shower--also with a window overlooking the park--located just off the second bedroom. Both bathrooms are beautifully finished with marble countertops and hardwood cabinets. Huge built in closets with locking cabinets in both bedrooms provide ample storage space for everyone.

The inviting interior of this fully screened condo offers the highest quality finishings including air-conditioning, ceiling fans and ceramic tile floors throughout. Both bedrooms have extra quiet "Mr Slim" air conditioning units and remote controlled ceiling fans.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops with a built-in refreshment bar and is complete with full size side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a "George Foreman" grill. Condo del Mar is also equipped with a superior water purification system.

Opening from the living room as well as the master bedroom, the huge covered terrace gives you complete privacy and spectacular views over the white sand beach and the sparking blue ocean. In the early morning you can wake up to the sunrise with your morning coffee and in the evening you can relax with a refreshing drink and watch spectacular sunsets--all from the privacy of your own deck.

From this beautiful 4th floor view point you can look out to the fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and several miles northwest to Punta de Mita at the north end of the Bay of Banderas, and south past Nuevo Vallarta's high-rise hotels--glass boxes sparking in the distance. At night, the lights of Puerto Vallarta twinkle in the distance and you might be lucky enough to see a beautifully lit cruise ship depart the harbour and glide quietly out of the Bay.
