Casa de Tres Palmas is a luxurious three bedroom beachfront home with private swimming pool located in the gated and secure complex of La Puntilla just 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport on Mexico's Pacific Coast.  This single level, beautifully furnished home offers all the amenities required for that perfect vacation in paradise.

A premier vacation spot on the Mexican Riviera, Casa de Tres Palmas is just 18 miles north downtown Puerto Vallarta via a new four lane highway.  Three miles to the south is the town of Bucerias with it's long, wide white sand beach.   Bucerias offers many fine restaurants of varying cuisine and shopping abounds.

Less than a mile to the north is the village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle where you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen or charter a boat for snorkeling, deep sea or bay fishing, or for some sightseeing on the bay.

Spacious Casa de Tres Palmas is furnished entirely in local Mexican craftsmanship.   The entertainment center is a oversized Spanish design with 31" color TV and English language satellite system.  Below the TV is a VCR and CD player. Numerous books are available for leisure reading.

The kitchen is a Gourmet cook's dream-come-true with everything needed to prepare a snack for the kids or a scrumptious sit-down dinner for eight.   There is a charcoal barbeque on the pool deck so why not grill up that fish you caught this morning in the Bay!

With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, Casa de Tres Palmas comfortably accommodates a maximum of 8 persons with two king sized beds and two double beds.  There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the master bedroom is on the satellite TV system.

Just off the bay-side patio and master bedroom, the custom pool beckons you to slip into the clean sparkling water for an invigorating swim.  Perhaps you prefer to watch the glorious sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee from the comfort of the poolside master bedroom.

The large private pool is complimented with two sturdy tables and chairs plus four chaise lounges and two pool lounges to help you enjoy the beautiful Mexican weather.  In the distance, beyond the pool and beach, is the breathtaking view of Puerto Vallarta.

After a day of sightseeing and shopping, playing on the beach or a round of golf, how about a special dinner prepared just for you in your own home.  By prior arrangement, (and at an additional charge), your cook will do the shopping and prepare your chosen entree in your own kitchen, serve and cleanup. You do nothing but enjoy!

The next morning would be the perfect time to pamper yourself with a professional therapeutic massage, pedicure or manicure in the comfort of your own vacation rental by a certified professional masseuse.

Casa de Tres Palmas is wheelchair accessible and children are welcome.  As this is a non smoking home, we invite you to smoke outside or on the patio only, please.  We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
